The staff at the National/Alamo counter are outstanding and go above and beyond to make their customers feel valued and appreciated.  We rent cars often and cannot praise this operation enough. Thank you to Kevin for being flexible and helpful when we requested a vehicle change and offering various options and ideas.  When we arrived late last night Kevin warmly welcomed us back and had our keys ready in hand with a number of vehicle choices.  Also, Darshan has consistently made us feel like valued customers over the past 4-6 rentals.  Thank you for the top notch treatment.  National is the only rental agency we will deal with in Palm Springs as we have such a positive experience every single time.
