I like renting with National, especially since I became Emerald Club member two years ago. My latest experience at Philadelphia Airport confirmed my opinion of this company concerning their selection of cars, fast check-in, and no problems with the payment (here I mean especially no nasty surprises with billing you for nonsense like scratches &c.) What did surprise me was the indifferent, and I should maybe use the word rude, staff. Not all of them, but the lady at the desk was not only unhelpful upon our arrival, but her lack of knowledge was alarming. It looks like National's customer care training has lower budget during the crisis... |
