as most cars in USA are automats, you will probably not find Orlando car rental company offering cars with manual transmission for reasonable price. You may try some specialty rentals or luxury car rentals in Orlando.

Hi David, I would suggest Orlando International airport - MCO - this is the closest airport to Disney. If you rent a car at Orlando airport, then you will pay airport surcharges. If you use one of the hotel car rentals in Orlando downtown, then it may be cheaper, than the airport rental, as you do not have to pay the airport fees. But it all depends on exact offer, as you may find better deals at the airport (even with the airport fees, it can be cheaper) - try to compare several car rental companies and locations for your travel dates and you will see.

if you have a car in Orlando, then you will pay quite a lot of money for parking in the parks... (there are free shuttle buses from Orlando hotels to Disney - if you have valid Disney tickets)
