Instead of the large car we had ordered in advance (Ford Mondeo, wagon) for our big family we got a dirty small Mercdes of B class. It was really hard to get a second seat for a child! Two months later we received an additional invoice for 150 euro and today, after 7 months have passed, we received another invoice for the traffic fees to be paid. We are very much disappointed by the services provided by Sixt and do not recommend to chooose them as a car hiring company!!! |
