Ripped us off big time. A $300 dollar car ended up costing us over $700 dollars. They didn't have the car we'd booked. Offered us a 'free' upgrade then debited my credit card another $120 for the upgrade and refused to refund. They have lots of little scams; like charging you for a tank of fuel; of course their price in no way resembles what you pay to fill up yourself. Do yourself a favour and avoid this company at all costs; without doubt in my top 5 worst companies I've ever dealt with! |
