| Review of Thrifty® Lisbon Car Rental |
The worse customer service experience. After a 7.5 hours flight from America, we waited at the airport for over 2.5 hours for Thrifty to pick us up and take us to their rental office, which is a 15 minute ride. Once there, the car wasn't ready yet. While waiting, you can't help noticing how dirty the place is, with trash piled up in the trash can and the bathroom smell. The car: old, clutch was shot, radio not working, windshield wipers also shot. It was a terrible experience. We did it for the money. It was cheaper and in the end it ended up not being worth it. Next time we'll rent a car right at the airport. |
