| Review of Thrifty® Vancouver Car Rental |
I reserved a mid-size car, which was not available. I was told I had to take a large van instead, even though I said I was extremely uncomfortable driving a large vehicle. Or I could "walk down the row and get a car from someone else". Since my company had made the reservation this was not practical, let alone the fact I had just travelled 10 hours with a young child who was now tired and hungry. The first van I was given stank of cigarette smoke. The second was enormous. I spent the whole trip anxious about driving instead of enjoying myself. Staff was rude and argumentative. |
