I wish to rent a car in the end of august from toronto international airport,and give the car back at JFK new york airport on 14th of september.Is this possible please.

yes, it's possible, there are several car rental companies in Toronto providing this kind of rental (cross border from Canada to USA) - you can check with Alamo, National or Hertz - I think there are also other car rental companies in Toronto doing the same, but the above 3 should do it for sure. I know, there are some restrictions for Canadian citizens driving US car rental into Canada, but the opposite direction should be OK.

Is it possible to hire a car at toronto airport and have the drop off location at Chicago (o’hare) airport and which hire car company would allow this?
